The job

As an Inside Sales Representative you are the first point of contact for our potential customers, by telephone, chat and email. This role requires fluent German language skills, as you will be responsible for assessing and handling all incoming leads and managing the entire sales process for our smaller clients in the German market, from the first customer contact to guiding the (potential) customers and preparing quotations. You are enthusiastic about digitization and security and you take our (potential) customer or partner into the world of Signhost. Your enthusiasm convinces them to start a collaboration with us. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work from our office in Haarlem, based in The Netherlands and you work closely with our Sales Executives and Product Specialists, ensure the right follow-up and, of course, do everything you can to ensure that the deal is eventually closed. A real commercial position in which you get the space to learn and you directly contribute to the (international) growth of Signhost!

What were looking for

You live in The Netherlands, have a Bachelor or Masters degree and you are fluent in German and English, written and spoken;

You like to explore through your expertise and enthusiasm and you easily establish collaborations;

You have just graduated, have some commercial experience and are looking for a dynamic working environment with varied work activities;

You are verbally strong, have the goodwill on the phone and are able to connect the right colleagues based on customer needs;

You would like to learn more about recruiting potential new customers and expanding the existing network

Affinity with IT / SaaS is an advantage.

Signhost: Electronic signing solution for digital contracts through APIs, mobile apps, or a web portal.
