For our Asset Management team in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Marketing Manager.You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team taking care of our first-rate property portfolio as we build and consolidate Mileway’s position as the market leader in last mile real estate.
Reporting to the Country Director and working closely with the central marketing team, you will collaborate in driving property marketing and contribute to the creation of our local marketing strategy in the Netherlands. Your role will be instrumental in helping the country team achieve their commercial KPIs. You will collaborate with the central marketing team to manage Mileway’s marketing outputs effectively.
You’ll work alongside our international teams and get hands-on experience with industry software and systems, while making great connections and making a real difference to a new, international real estate brand.

What you’ll do
• You will tailor the Mileway’s marketing strategy for the Netherlands to assist the country team in achieving commercial KPIs.
• Increasing Mileway brand awareness in the local market, targeting commercial real estate market players including brokers; and customers;
• Raising the company's profile in local media and social media platforms under the supervision of the Head of Marketing and central communications function.
• In collaboration with NL asset managers, creating and implementing successful marketing strategies and activation plans to drive occupancy across the NL property portfolio.
• Adapting Mileway’s customer engagement strategy for the NL market to drive customer satisfaction and enable upselling campaigns via digital channels, including creating and running customer email campaigns using Salesforce Pardot.
• Tailoring Mileway’s broker engagement digital strategy for the NL market to drive occupancy through the broker channel, including creating and managing broker email campaigns using Salesforce Pardot.
• Developing and managing the Mileway event calendar in the NL market to engage with key stakeholders, including brokers and customers.
• Driving Salesforce integration in the NL team’s daily operations.
• Creating and updating all country-specific marketing materials and media assets, including property marketing materials, country capability presentations, customer newsletters, NL-specific content for customer-facing communications, LinkedIn posts, local press releases, and event materials.
• Localizing and translating all relevant marketing assets to NL, including corporate websites, NL property websites, NL customer hubs, and NL customer welcome packs.
• Generating marketing reports, including Salesforce reports to track performance of leads generated via digital channels, and Salesforce Pardot reports to track performance of NL email campaigns.
• Your role will be pivotal in aligning Mileway's marketing efforts with the unique needs and opportunities in the Netherlands market, driving growth and success in achieving business objectives.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Marketing Manager in a B2B company, preferably in real estate/asset management, with relevant experience in logistics and light industrial sectors.
• Highly organized individual with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Dutch and English, both written and verbal. A level of (nearly) native Dutch is mandatory.
• Independent worker with a proactive, hands-on approach and a drive to accomplish tasks efficiently.
• Proficient user of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with graphic and video editing software is a plus;
• Background in digital marketing strategies and techniques is a big plus.
• High level of tech literacy, with experience using CMS and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ideally, experience in using marketing automation and email marketing platforms.
• Demonstrated passion for teamwork, creativity, and a willingness to learn on the job.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
