As a marketer, you will be responsible for generating new leads using various channels and tools we utilize.
Qualifications
Must-have:
Proficiency in Englishis a must for this role.
Proven track record in essential metrics ofperformance marketing such as, cost per impression, conversion rate, cost per conversion, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend
Excellent command of at least 5 most-widely usedmarketing tools and software
Experience managing €500k marketing budget with an excellent ROI
Ability to deliver results, work independently with minimal supervision; very-high level of ownership
Experience (or, keen interest in)working with different cultures (preferably, Western European)
Affinity with Hubspot
Excellent track-record in digital advertising through LinkedIn, Google, and the likes
Nice-to-have:
Proficiency in Dutch, German, French, Italian,or Spanish
Experience developing best-performing websites
Excellent content creating skills (preferably good written and visual)
Best-in-class growth hacking skills; able to understand needs of various stakeholders and turn insights into lead-generating methods
Solid understanding of marketing terminology, positioning, branding
Have solid experience in B2B (especially with SMEs and mid-market)
Interest in understanding manufacturing technologies
Eagerness to learn about modern manufacturing technologies and develop in these areas
Excellent time management skills
Strong communications skills, solution-oriented mindset
Residency in Amsterdam
Job Description
Craft &executecomprehensive marketing plans to position Rototip's products or services favourably
Create sufficient flow of leads into the sales pipeline; ensure progression from lead to customer
Identify pain points of the customer, overcome objections, generate concrete interest; prepare content for the sales team
Meet and exceed quotas
Measuring and improving customer satisfaction and retention
