Who Are you?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in marketing management roles, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
Strong understanding of strategic planning, brand management, and campaign execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
Full proficiency in English & Dutch (read, written, and spoken) is required.
Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in budget management and performance analysis tools.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change through innovative marketing strategies.
What are you going to do?
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
Oversee brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity across all channels.
