Junior Software Engineer

In the role of a junior software engineer, you will undergo comprehensive training and coaching, gaining exposure to

various industries, technologies, and company cultures. You will take ownership of functionalities and sub-projects

aligned with your developing expertise. With hands-on guidance from our senior software engineers and tech experts,

we assist you in discovering your talents and interests in the field of software engineering. This role requires a

combination of software development and leadership skills.

Extensive exposure to best practices, diverse industries, and cutting-edge technologies.

Developing applications and interfaces using various frameworks (C# .Net, WinForms, REST API's, MedIT's Application Development Framework, React/JS, React/Native) and databases (MS SQLServer and Oracle).

End-to-end project involvement in the establishment of Supply-Chain/Inventory, Logistics, Healthcare, Insurance, and Software Development.

Collaboration with colleagues, customers, and experts, including on-site engagements with our clients.

What do we expect from you?

Holder of a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (such as computer science, electronics-ICT, medical IT, financial IT, ...).

Keen interest in the digitalization and automation of healthcare, logistics, and financial processes.

Enjoy the diversity encompassing programming, configuring, and customer interaction.

Self-starter with a hands-on mentality.

Robust analytical skills, coupled with the requisite drive and maturity to effectively execute projects.

Effective communication skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of Papiamentu is a plus.
