Job Description:
What will you work on?
Spin Master is in search of a Senior Service Delivery Analyst to offer support to our global team. The ideal candidate should exhibit robust communication skills, serve as a point of escalation for other analysts, possess the ability to clearly articulate resolutions to employees, proficiency in documenting solutions for knowledge sharing among peers, and the capability to collaborate effectively with other IT team members and external vendors. This hybrid role entails both on-site and remote work, with a focus on assisting users in resolving incidents, fulfilling requests, and addressing issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
How will you create impact?
Provide advanced technical assistance and mentorship to the Service Desk Analysts
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
Research and implement solutions using all available resources
Lead the documentation of resolutions within the ticketing system.
Monitor and prioritize call volumes, ensuring timely responses
Assist with major incident escalations and participate in incident resolution.
Contribute to technology updates and adhere to ITIL best practices
What are your skills and experience?
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a minimum of three years of related experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven proficiency with specified technologies, including Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Team and Zoom
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Microsoft Active Directory
Experience with remote management tools, Avaya phone systems, and ServiceNow
ITIL Foundations certification
