Your role as Senior Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of digital and technology consulting, and expertise in guiding transformations. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ future success by providing strategic guidance and overseeing the execution of consulting projects.
Key responsibilities: Leadand manage workstreams on consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges, providing strategic insights, and delivering value-driven solutions.
Conduct in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and formulate data-driven digital strategies.
Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to help clients leverage technology for business improvement.
Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Develop actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and presentations to clients.
Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation.
Role Requirements 4-6 years experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation.
Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum), Dutch is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Affinity for fast-paced, dynamic environments
Willingness to travel as needed.
