Your responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and digital transformation objectives, help in organizing and running client workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather insights.

Develop roadmaps, outlining key milestones, implementation strategies, and adoption plans to facilitate smooth transitioning during transformation projects.

Conduct in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and formulate data-driven digital strategies for clients.

Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership through reports, presentations, and regular updates.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, UX/UI designers, and technical experts, to deliver integrated solutions and ensure timely project delivery.

Collaborate with the team to contribute to company objectives and growth through internal initiatives.

You hold a Masters degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

You have 2-4 years of experience in a consulting role, preferably at a recognized management consultancy, with a focus on strategy and digital transformation projects.

You have a strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings.

You are proficient in data analysis, and quantitative and qualitative research, and can translate data into actionable insights.

You have experience with project management, including project planning, execution, and delivery.

You have excellent communication skills in English (C1 minimum). Dutch is a plus

You excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and quickly adapt to changing requirements.

You show strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address complex business challenges.

You have a client-centric approach with a keen sense of client relationship management.

You are collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

You are willing to travel as needed.
