Process Engineer

Objective

The industrialization of production processes within the Global Forming Group, specifically in the field of electrodeposition.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support technology development and implementation projects

Design experimental setups, analyze data, and define follow‑up actions

Ensure process stability, capability, and cost‑efficient production scaling

Develop project plans, monitor progress, and elevate risks where needed

Identify and assess emerging technologies and trends

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, universities, institutes)

Enable smooth transfer of new technologies to operations

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering)

~3+ years’ experience in industrial process/technology development

Strong hands‑on, analytical, and project management skills

Experience with innovation implementation in production environments

Knowledge of electrodeposition (preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab)
