As a Process Engineer, you make sure our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You play an important role in improving quality and making sure everything in our cleanroom processes is done the right way. You’ll help introduce new processes, turn ideas into clear instructions, and make sure they actually work in practice. You won’t just design things from behind a desk — you’ll spend time on the work floor, working closely with operators and team leaders.
Your responsibilities include:
Turning product specs into practical, efficient processes
Thinking about the best workflow, workplace setup, tools and machines
Writing and improving work instructions
Keeping technical documentation up to date
Spotting improvement opportunities and working with the team to implement them
Thinking along about cycle times, costs and technical possibilities
Monitoring processes, solving issues and making improvements
Supporting and guiding operators and team leaders
Improving workplaces, tools and process flows
Joining discussions about production and process improvements
Helping the team achieve production and quality goals
