M1 Capital, a digital asset hedge fund based in Amsterdam, is seeking a Quantitative Developer to extend and scale its trading engine. You will work across research, execution, and on-chain systems to drive alpha generation and fund growth.

Join a small, technically strong team in Amsterdam where your Python and Rust expertise will improve latency, throughput, and the robustness of multi-strategy market-neutral trading strategies.
