We are currently recruiting for a System Administrator to join the Jakarta Office of a growing engineering consulting business.
System Administrator
This position requires to take ownership of the data migration, application front-end configuration and customer support for Beca’s digital products. In this role, you manage data input, data configuration at delivering on time, ensuring the systems are performing optimally and reporting incidents to the product team. You will also be triaging the tickets together with the helpdesk team and expect to escalate to the right product owners when necessary. Aside from your in-country mentorship support, you will be working closely with the customer success team and deployment leads from Singapore, Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand. Occasionally you are expected to work outside of your normal working hours to deliver the tasks on time and to match with certain time zones. You will have the opportunity to be a part of our product team as you are progressing in the career path.
As a successful candidate you need to have a passion in managing data, details oriented, good communicator, willing to learn, good listener, problem solver, proactive yet committed. We are a diverse team located in different geographical locations thus we communicate primarily in English, a professional proficiency in written and spoken is a must. You will be working based on Microsoft Excel data and occasionally data from PowerBI.

Responsibilities:
Support the data set-up in our front-end configuration tasks across different clients ensuring the delivery within specific timeframes.
Support the data migration and data entry tasks across different clients with given deadlines
Maintenance and troubleshoot the front-end configuration issue
Reviews & maintains data quality.
Flags incident, bugs & change requests to the product team.
Working closely with the group helpdesk team to triage the tier 1 tickets – ensuring timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating support responses to relevant product team as needed.
Writes user guides & knowledge base articles
Ad-hoc admin support such as refining spreadsheet and formatting
Ad-hoc support for the product team
The Must Haves:
Professional proficiency of English in written and spoken (only CV in English will be considered).
Bachelor’s degree from any disciplines or Diploma with related experience is welcomed
Advance/Intermediate Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Passionate about technology, computing and learning new systems
Confidence with problem-solving and uncertainty
Ability to work under tight deadline and comfortable working in fast paced environment
Ability to multitask, prioritising multiple tasks and responding accordingly within timeframes
Customer centric and attention to detail
Willing to work occasionally outside of regular working hours.
Bonus Points for:
Experience/exposure in front end configuration and data management
IT Helpdesk experience (familiar with SLAs & Customer support)
Exposure/familiarity with any ITSM/Helpdesk system e.g., Jira
