Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energizing professional, with a knowledge of the Benelux food industry to complement our Benelux sales team. You will be based in Naarden (The Netherlands) and report directly to the Sales Director Benelux.
Grow our business with designated accounts, being accountable for both top and bottom-line results.
Build customer relationships by combining a consultative selling approach with an understanding of what drives our customers: going beyond the obvious to deliver a positive customer experience.
Identify and unlock new business opportunities, balancing a strategic and pragmatic approach.
Collaborate with our technical Flavour Creation & Application and marketing teams to help projects cross the finish line. It's always a team effort!

Ideal candidate characteristics:
Minimum of 7 years of successful commercial experience in the B2B food industry, coordinating complex (multinational) accounts, ideally in flavours and/or specialized food ingredients
Job level KAM or Senior KAM depending on experience and qualification
Driven and determined to achieve, able to turn challenges and setbacks into opportunities
Experienced in consultative selling and building customer relationships
Experience putting yourself in the mind of the customer
Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
Handle complexity, balancing quality and detail with pragmatism and hands-on problem solving
Strategic and commercial insight, with the courage to take calculated risks to achieve growth
Fluent in English, Dutch language knowledge is an advantage
