Are you an organized professional who thrives on

In this role, you will:

Manage all internal and external project documentation, ensuring accurate version control, distribution, and timely exchange with clients and suppliers;

Maintain and monitor Master Document Registers (MDRs), track document status, and provide clear progress updates to project teams;

Coordinate document transmittals, ensuring compliance with agreed procedures, document codes, and client-specific requirements;

Support the preparation and quality control of project documentation, including templates, layouts, numbering, and final project databooks;

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve document control procedures, templates, and documentation standards;

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure efficient communication and document management throughout the project lifecycle.

What you bring:

At least 5 years of experience in document control or a similar administrative role within a project-driven environment;

Experience with document management systems and secure document exchange platforms;

Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF editing;

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously;

A proactive, collaborative mindset and a good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
