Ecorys Legal is responsible for risk mitigation by proactive identification and management of legal, regulatory and compliance risks in relation to corporate law, corporate governance and contracting. What you will be doing The Legal Counsel in Rotterdam will be working on a variety of legal matters, with strong focus on corporate law and governance in the broadest sense. In this position, you will add with your experience and working ethics to a solid company secretarial office, assist with compliance requirements and draft, coordinate, review and update a variety of legal documents. You will mainly be interacting with the businesses of Ecorys and have a visible working role with cross-functional teams across Ecorys. Finally, you will support the Group General Counsel in his role as Company Secretary with company secretarial duties. Other language(s) is a plus. Tech savvy: experienced with online document/contract/legal entity management systems and high proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
