Lever, Inc. seeks a Technical Support Engineer based in the Netherlands to manage customer-impacting incidents for a cloud-commerce platform serving large service providers, distributors, and MSPs.

You will own incidents end-to-end, work with Linux, networking, databases, and APIs, and collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve complex issues, while improving documentation and processes in a remote-first environment.
