Senior Projectmanager

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager.

You’ll work on projects where strategy, creativity, people, interests and deadlines constantly come together. A culture transformation program. An internal communications strategy. A leadership program. A recruitment campaign or event. You make sure it works. Not by micromanaging every detail, but by looking ahead. By knowing what’s going on. By keeping a sharp eye on both commitments and relationships. And by stepping in before something becomes a problem.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least 6 years of relevant project management experience and are comfortable working in complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders and competing interests.
• You can independently lead multidisciplinary projects, are a confident partner to clients, and take responsibility for scope, planning, budget, quality and collaboration.
• You think ahead, maintain an overview when there are lots of moving parts, and know when to give people space and when to take the lead.
• And because many of our clients operate internationally, you have excellent written and spoken Dutch and English. Experience with communications challenges and change programmes is a strong advantage.

Practical details

32–40 hours | Amsterdam (Hybrid)

€4,500–€5,950 gross per month (based on a 40-hour working week)
