Lead Architect

As a supplier to one of our biggest organisations, I am seeking for a Lead Architect for a 12 months+ contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Lead Architect who will give direction to complex Digital Workplace solutions and help organizations design, transform and modernize their workplace environment.

Successful candidates combine architecture, leadership and stakeholder management and make architecture choices based on customer needs, open standards, interoperability and vendor independence.

Experience:

Experience with Digital Workplace transformations, modernizations, migrations, or similar change initiatives.

Broad knowledge of Digital Workplace domains and enterprise IT environments.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Demonstrable experience with infrastructures (containerization, kubernetes, cloud).

Experience with development methods and practices (Agile, SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD)

Has knowledge of Security, Compliancy and Sovereignty.

Experience with Linux and Microsoft-based workplace and hybrid environments, or demonstrated affinity for designing architectures that bring together different technology ecosystems.

Able to objectively assess and compare different technology ecosystems, including commercial, open-source, and sovereign solutions.

Experience with products such as Nextcloud, Matrix, Open-Xchange, Keycloak or similar solutions is an advantage.

Excellent oral and written command of the Dutch language.
