Full Stack Developer

Job Description

RubyDeveloper.nl develops software and digital products, including scalable web applications.

Задачи:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails backend code and dynamic frontend features

Help shape the technical architecture to ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions

Participate in code reviews and write automated tests using RSpec or Minitest

Promote software engineering best practices

Identify bottlenecks, debug bugs, and optimize application performance and security

Требования:

Proven experience developing web applications with Ruby on Rails

Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Hotwire, or Stimulus

Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and ORM tools such as ActiveRecord

Experience with automated testing frameworks such as RSpec

Experience with Git version control

Proactive, self-starting attitude

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to have: experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Heroku; CI/CD pipelines; Docker; Kubernetes; Hotwire; Turbo; StimulusJS in a modern Rails stack
