Job Description

Mercor is recruiting expert US/Europe-based senior SWE for a highly challenging project with a leading foundational model AI lab.

You must be able to commit around 20 hours per week for this role, and the contract is expected to last 2-3 weeks with promotion opportunities within the project. Successful contributions increase the odds of being selected for future projects with Mercor. The pay is $150–210 per hour depending on geography and experience, and a paid SWE exercise is included.
