Role Overview:
As a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer E&I, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the manufacturing department and the maintenance organization. You will work under the guidance of the maintenance manager to ensure compliance with Engineering Guidelines & Standards and regulatory inspections. Your primary goal will be to optimize and maintain the safety, efficiency, and availability of equipment.
You will also be responsible for the installations within your discipline, analyzing equipment conditions in collaboration with operators, project engineering teams, engineering agencies, and equipment dealers. Your role involves ensuring the integrity of installations and analyzing failure data to prevent recurring issues. Additionally, you will establish and execute preventive maintenance programs based on a Long Range Plan, regularly reviewing and optimizing the maintenance program when necessary.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing spare parts for critical and non-critical equipment
Initiating and overseeing maintenance procedures and working instructions for safety and operational excellence
Participating in various phases of CAPEX projects
Providing input on turnaround scope
Qualifications:
You are expected to:
Hold a Technical Bachelor's degree in the E&I discipline
Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the petrochemical industry
Have completed various field-related application courses such as high/low voltage installations and security systems according to IEC61511
Have experience in developing and maintaining installations in ATEX zones
Possess in-depth knowledge of Electrical systems
Be familiar with E&I equipment and installations
Preferably have knowledge of local and international industry standards and reliability-centered maintenance principles
Be fluent in English and proficient in Dutch at a minimum B1 level
