Most backend engineers never meet the people using what they build. We're not looking for a backend engineer who wants to stay behind tickets.

We want someone who'll talk to customers, shape what gets built, and own the outcome. Someone who sees ambiguity as a feature, not a bug.

What you'll be doing

Building and evolving the backend services behind a mobile app and web platform used by drivers and charger owners

Working in C# .NET Core on Azure infrastructure (Dont have experience, thats fine too, its about HOW you approach development)

Taking part in product discovery and validating outcomes with customers

Contributing to CI/CD, automated testing, and engineering standards

Evolving the architecture as they scale across new markets
