We are looking for a Product Management Assistant with good planning and organizational skills for our head office in
Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht!
As a Product Management Assistant you will work in the product development department. Together with the Corporate Product Managers and Trial Coordinators you play a central role in the introduction process of new varieties. You will be active in the greenhouse and also have an administrative/supporting role.

What does your job as Product Management Assistant at Florensis entail?
The Product Management Assistant is the central point and pivot in the introduction process of Florensis' short and long term product range. In this role you support the Corporate Product Managers in making the right and timely choices with regard to the product assortment, thereby perfectly meeting the market requirements. These choices concern the development, evaluation and introduction of the Florensis product portfolio.
As Product Management Assistant you take care of planning the trials, arranging the starting material and of course evaluating, registering and reporting the results.
You are closely involved in the complete selection process of the right breeding candidates up to the successful market introduction. You have an organizational, advisory and supporting role in this and are responsible for the correct, timely processing of the results in a data bank and presentations to stakeholders.
In addition, you will actively contribute to the improvement of processes.
As Product Management Assistant you will work very closely with the driven Product Development team that currently consists of 6 employees, including 2 fellow Trial Coordinators. You will be working in a position at the heart of Florensis' strategy.
About you
A completed MBO or HBO education, preferably horticultural or business administration, or an equivalent work and thinking level obtained through experience;
Affinity with garden plants;
Good knowledge of and proficiency with the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel);
Excellent planning and organization skills and the necessary flexibility and decisiveness;
Command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing;
Willingness to follow courses.
