Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Pega Developer specialising in Dynamic Case Management (DCM)

to design and deliver enterprise-grade case management solutions using the latest Pega technologies.

The successful candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with

Pega Infinity '24, Constellation UI, DX APIs and Pega Case Management , alongside integration experience across microservices, front‑end applications and databases.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using

Pega Platform / Infinity '24 .

Build end‑to‑end

Pega Case Management

solutions aligned with business requirements.

Design and configure flows, data pages, activities, decision rules and integrations.

Develop solutions using

Pega Constellation UI architecture .

Build reusable Constellation‑based UI components and patterns.

Integrate bespoke front‑end applications with Pega using

DX APIs .

Integrate Pega solutions with external platforms using

REST and SOAP services .

Design case management solutions incorporating microservices, databases and custom front‑end components.

Carry out low‑code development within the Pega Case Management platform.

Ensure solutions follow

Pega Guardrails, architectural standards and development best practices .

Identify alternative technical solutions when encountering product or platform limitations.

Perform unit testing, debugging and performance optimisation.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and QA teams.

Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.

Required Experience

8-10 years' overall IT / Pega experience.

Strong hands‑on experience implementing

Pega Case Management / DCM solutions .

Certified

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) .

Strong experience with

Pega Infinity '24 .

Strong knowledge of

Pega Constellation UI architecture .

Experience working with

DX APIs

and reusable UI components.

Experience configuring Pega flows, activities, data pages and decision rules.

Strong integration experience using

REST and SOAP APIs .

Experience integrating Pega with bespoke applications, microservices, front ends and databases.

Experience developing and integrating UI solutions within Pega Case Management.

Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and engineering best practices.

Experience delivering projects within

Agile/Scrum environments .

Excellent stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills.

Language Requirement

Fluent Dutch is essential, with a minimum

C1/C2 level in speaking and writing .
