What will you do?

As a Medior Mendix Consultant, you will be a key member of the development team. You will work on business-critical applications in an agile environment (Scrum/SAFe) and actively contribute to the success of the project – from refinement through to demos.

Your role in a nutshell:

Develop scalable and maintainable Mendix applications, including pages, validations, and integrations

Independently investigate how integrations work and implement them based on documentation

Contribute to user stories and translate functional requirements into smart solutions

Present your work during demos and conduct peer reviews

Take responsibility for your work and support less experienced colleagues when needed

What do you bring?

Mendix Advanced Developer certification or demonstrable experience at this level

At least 4 years of experience in Mendix development

Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe

Knowledge of React, REST, SOAP, and API integrations

Ability to design scalable and maintainable applications

Ability to propose innovative ideas to clients that help simplify business processes

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

Good communication skills – you can easily communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

A proactive attitude towards team processes such as peer reviews, demos, and story refinement

Ambition to grow towards a senior or lead role
