Job Description

Restate is hiring a Frontend Engineer to architect and maintain the UI of its durable runtime platform — performant, data-heavy interfaces that help developers diagnose distributed-system issues. You will work autonomously with direct access to the founding team.

Remote in Europe (preferred).

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain the Restate UI

Build performant, data-intensive interfaces with live updates

Collaborate closely with design and backend engineers

Uphold security and accessibility standards

Requirements

Several years of React and TypeScript experience

Proven performance-optimisation skills

Experience with large datasets and live-updating UIs

Strong information-design sensibility
