We are seeking a full-time dedicated Marketing Manager with experience in the Industry of Tourism to lead our marketing initiatives in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to establish our presence in Amsterdam, drive visitor numbers, increase brand awareness, and ensure our position as a major player in the NL arts scene. THIS IS YOU We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to establish our presence in Amsterdam, drive visitor numbers, increase brand awareness, and ensure our position as a major player in the NL arts scene.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and implement innovative marketing and media strategies aimed at boosting brand recognition and increasing visitor turnout at our Amsterdam museum.

Collaborate with our international marketing teams in Barcelona and London to ensure a unified brand image and messaging across all locations.

Actively expand your knowledge of online marketing and use this to reach or outperform the goals of the Moco brand.

Oversee the production of all local marketing materials, including digital and print advertising.

Coordinate and promote activations and partnerships.

Build strategic partnerships with resellers and develop other sales opportunities

Regularly report on marketing KPIs to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial marketing role, specifically Tourism, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing & sales strategies.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies is a must.

Excellent knowledge of the NL market and has a relevant local network.

Knowledge of and affinity with the art world.

Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a keen ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis. Someone who’s not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required
