Information Technology Help Desk Coordinator

EMEA Recruitment is proud to work with a well-established manufacturing company in its search for an IT Help Desk Coordinator to ensure systems are running smoothly and proactively attend to IT based questions.

This dynamic, rapidly expanding, and unique business offers an IT professional the opportunity to take ownership, develop, and work independently, while collaborating closely with the business.

This role will suit an outgoing, proactive, and self-driven candidate with strong social skills and a technical mindset.

The main duties of the IT Help Desk Coordinator:

Handle IT issues shared through by TOPdesk.

Establish and sustain a clear overview of all ongoing issues, escalating issues and monitoring their progress to be completed in a set time frame.

Onboard new employees by providing them with the necessary IT equipment.

Work on process improvements in IT.

The skills, experience, and qualifications required for the IT Help Desk Coordinator:

3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (IT Support, service desk)

Proactive and people first approach.

Experience with Office, experience with TOPdesk is advantageous.
