Are you looking for a challenging marketing position with many responsibilities, within a fast-growing scale-up? Will you become part of the team with the ambition to make a difference at a global level within mobile robotics? We are looking for an experienced marketeer who can combine strategic, creative and leadership skills to help Avular grow further.
As Head of Marketing within Avular you are strategically responsible and operationally in the lead for all online and offline marketing communications of the organization. You provide guidance to the multidisciplinary marketing team and help it grow. You are responsible for translating the business strategy into a concrete and powerful marketing strategy and together with the team you ensure that this strategy is implemented according to plan.
You report to the management, with whom you meet regularly to discuss Avular’s marketing strategy, plans and KPIs. In addition, you regularly spar with our Sales and Product Management teams to be able to provide even better information to our customers and partners. Your interest in technology, innovation and mobile robotics plays an important role in this.
We are looking for someone who is curious and sociable by nature. Someone who likes to tell stories; can strongly propagate our identity and image; can present our brand internally and externally with strong texts and images, but also someone who does not hesitate to ask various colleagues about the substantive technical explanation of our products.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Devising and rolling out a marketing strategy with a focus on increasing the visibility of Avular for (potential) customers, partners, and colleagues.
Translating the strategy into clear goals for the marketing team and monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of the various activities based on KPIs.
Managing and coaching our talented marketing team (3 people).
Monitoring the Avular brand in all marketing communications within and outside the organization
Supervising and managing the marketing budget.
Contribute directly to the various commercial activities.
Looking for new marketing channels, online and offline, to increase Avular’s visibility.
Being the point of contact for external partners about publications, campaigns, events, etc.
YOUR SPECS
Available 40 hours a week (full-time).
You have (at least) a completed HBO education in marketing and Communications or similar.
At least 8 years of work experience in marketing.
Knowledge of and experience with campaign marketing, digital marketing (website, SEO, SEA, social media, email), event organization, and content creation.
Driven, proactive, and independent in daily tasks.
Proficientin English and Dutch.
