We believe you should enjoy what you do and finish the day with a smile.

A Day in the Life

Working remotely, you'll start your day with coffee or tea and join the development team. We work in a Kanban flow with clear priorities and daily async standups.

You will:

Implement new features and tackle bugs in our Rails monolith

Discuss solutions and architecture options with your teammates

Use AI coding agents in your IDE to speed up routine work, explore solutions, and improve code quality

Collaborate closely with support and consultants when issues are complex or

domain-specific

Collaboration is key. You'll connect with fellow developers for support or pair-programming whenever needed. There's also room for fun, so expect laughter and team spirit throughout the day. By the end of each day, your efforts will have made Jaamo better, safer, and faster for our users.
