Modernise the commercial data warehouse and prepare the platform for data-driven marketing

Build the data foundation for smarter, more personal and more effective marketing

Develop and maintain the commercial data warehouse in Azure

Ensure that high-quality, reliable and well-structured data is available to the commercial department

Translate commercial and client needs into scalable data solutions

Improve relevance, personalisation and segmentation through data solutions

Create robust data solutions that help commercial teams understand, serve and engage clients

Enable future capabilities such as hyper personalisation and data-driven customer journeys

Ensure that solutions meet best practices for data quality, security, compliance and scalability

Build, optimise and monitor data ingestion and transformation pipelines

Develop and maintain data warehouses

Design future-ready data models supporting segmentation, campaign automation, analytics and hyperpersonalisation use cases

Bridge commercial stakeholders and technology teams by translating business needs into secure, scalable and impactful data solutions

Use AI applications to support professional activities

Требования

Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in data engineering

Expertise in Databricks for building, optimising and monitoring data ingestion and transformation pipelines

Strong hands-on experience with Azure data services and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-aware delivery

A growth mindset and genuine interest in marketing, customer behaviour, personalisation and new data technologies

Good mastery of English, both oral and written

Nice to have: Experience developing and maintaining data warehouses and designing future-ready data models in a marketing, customer analytics or commercial data environment
