Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using TIBCO Spotfire.

Implement advanced data modeling solutions using SAP HANA Cloud.

Integrate data sources and APIs using Mulesoft and SAP CAP (Node.js + UI5).

Manage and optimize Spotfire Infolinks and data connections.

Develop custom scripts using IronPython, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within Spotfire.

Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and logs using Kibana.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver insights.

Leverage HR domain knowledge to build relevant analytics solutions.

Qualifications

TIBCO Spotfire (7 yearss + of BI development with focus on TIBCO spotfire)

IronPython scripting

HTML + CSS for spotfire customization

Javascript (spotfire)

Advanced data modeling with SAP HANA cloud

SAP CAP – Node.js + UI5

Mulesoft API integration

SQL

Kibana for log analysis and request tracking

Experience with SAP HANA Cloud data lake;

HR domain knowledge and analytics use cases;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
