Job Description

Gigs, Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to be the technical anchor of our support operations. You will own a healthy queue and ensure smooth operation for business customers and end-users.

You will navigate API logs, diagnose connectivity issues, and translate root causes into clear guidance for customers while feeding insights back to Product and Engineering teams. This role supports hybrid work with occasional travel to hubs.
