L3 Support Engineer - Runbooks & Knowledge Systems Lead

Job Description

Nebius is seeking a detail-oriented L3 Documentation Engineer to own the knowledge system for our data center platforms. You will write, structure and validate runbooks, SOPs and the error code library so L1-L2 techs can follow clear procedures.

Travel and collaboration with R&D and operations will be required to capture real-world workflows and turn investigations into repeatable, safe guidelines for production support across Europe and North America.
