Senior OpenShift Engineer, Observability & Reliability

Job Description

Swift is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join a growing European team near Leiden, Netherlands. You will shape and run Swift's OpenShift platform, focusing on reliability, observability, automation and scalable operations for critical financial applications.

You will collaborate with engineers across Europe and the US, drive incident response, implement SLOs/SLAs, and promote GitOps/automation to reduce toil while enhancing security and performance.
