Polymer Production Engineer - Process Optimization & Hybrid

Job Description

Strohm is seeking a Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team and drive process improvements for extrusion and laminate production. You will support planning, setups, tooling, and automation to optimize safety, quality, and productivity.

The ideal candidate has a polymer extrusion background, 2–3 years in manufacturing engineering, and strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills. This role offers a hybrid office/onsite setup in the Netherlands.
