Function We are in search of a dynamic Project Manager responsible for ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects, meeting set timelines, quality benchmarks, project specifications, and budgetary constraints. The role encompasses end-to-end oversight, from engineering to final delivery. Collaboration with a diverse team, including project engineers, production managers, executors, planners, and estimators, is integral. The primary objective is to optimize team performance through effective coordination, motivation, encouragement, coaching, and timely corrective actions.
The role emphasizes proactive utilization of the collective knowledge and experience within the project team and the organization, fostering regular and multidisciplinary consultations with team members and specialists.
Responsibilities:
Develop, communicate, and oversee project plans, guidelines, and requisite documentation.
Collaborate with the estimator/budget keeper to ensure sound financial management, cost monitoring, and prompt resolution of deviations.
Directly report to the Projects Director.
Requirements BSc education in a technical or business field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a technical, project-oriented organization.
Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English languages.
Proficient in MS Office.
