We are looking for a experienced Key accountmanager International.
Key Accounts are such customers that have business in more than one region and tender their business globally. Additionally we defined large scale customers as wellto be key accounts even so they tender their business regionally.
Tasks
Responsible to sell the entire MAUSER product range to all of the assigned accounts;
Responsible for the achievement of targets and budget responsibility
Work out strategies and define actions on annual basis to increase / or defend the MAUSER share of wallet and profitability (e.g. bundling, lag reduction, new products, standardization);
Create and manage a network of relations with the key players of the respective accounts
Ensure up to date dissection of your customers’ packaging needs and the MAUSER share of wallet;
Identify all your customers’ European (and worldwide) filling locations and build an up to date database of their filling goods;
Keep control of our pricing and required price adjustments (supported by sales controlling);
Ensure that any quality complaints are addressed appropriately within Mauser and responses are reported back in a timely manner in conjunction with the local teams;
Organize regular meetings and workshops at customer or MAUSER to ensure strong link and exchange of strategies, needs, running projects and focus of interest (involve e.g. R&D, Technical Service, Marketing, Legal, Management);
Inform your management and your colleagues in the other regions, internal interfaces on relevant news (market changes, management changes), call reports, up-coming tenders, strategic and marketing news;
Build and keep a constant pipeline of 20% growth potential compared to existing sales (over all accounts)
Gather competitive information about the accounts, their markets and competitor activities at the accounts
Responsibilities of safety and environmental protection
The position holder has to follow all environmental and safety directives relevant for the corresponding site. These are set out in detail in the environmental management manual and its references.
Requirements
University degree or technical / commercial education
Strong knowledge and skills using MS Office software, esp. MS Excel and Word;
Fluent in Dutch and English is a must any other additional language is a plus;
+8 years of relevant job experience in a sales function in an international industrial environment;
Previous experience as key account manager preferred
Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment with problem solving mind set;
Ability to manage relations across hierarchy levels (from “work bench to CEO”)
Excellent communication skills and strong personal powers of persuasion
Ability to work accurately in a fast pace environment;
Self-driven, hands-on work attitude.
