System Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on System Engineer – Endpoint Management to configure, deploy and continuously improve a modern workplace environment across Windows, Apple and Android devices.

You will work extensively with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, Entra ID and Active Directory, with a strong focus on endpoint configuration, provisioning, deployment and automation.

Key responsibilities

Configure and implement Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS/iPadOS and Android.

Configure and deploy Windows Autopilot and automated device provisioning.

Configure and deploy Apple devices using Apple Business Manager / DEP and MDM.

Configure Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment and Android Enterprise.

Build and manage configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines and device policies.

Package and deploy applications, updates and endpoint configurations.

Configure and manage Entra ID, device identities, groups and Conditional Access.

Work with Active Directory and hybrid cloud environments.

Support endpoint rollouts, migrations and new device deployments.

Troubleshoot complex endpoint, enrollment, identity and access issues.

Automate and standardise endpoint deployment and configuration using PowerShell.

Continuously improve endpoint management and deployment processes.

What we're looking for

Experience as a System Engineer, Endpoint Engineer, Modern Workplace Engineer or similar.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.

Experience configuring and deploying Windows endpoints.

Experience with Apple Business Manager / DEP, MDM and Samsung Knox.

Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory and endpoint security.

Experience with configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines and application deployment.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on approach with a focus on configuration, deployment and continuous improvement.

PowerShell / automation experience is an advantage.
