What You’ll Do
Execute mechanical, electrical, and functional tests on UAV subsystems and components in production and development environments
Support ground and system-level testing by preparing setups, instruments, tooling, and test articles
Work side by side with Test Engineers to run test procedures, capture results, and identify deviations
Document test results clearly and accurately to support traceability, compliance, and continuous improvement
Troubleshoot test failures, support root cause analysis, and help close the loop with engineering and production teams
Maintain test equipment, fixtures, and benches to ensure safe, repeatable, and efficient testing operations
Follow safety, quality, and process standards in a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment
What You’ll Need
Technical education or vocational training in mechanics, electronics, aerospace, mechatronics, or a related field
Hands-on experience in a test, production, or laboratory environment, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or defense
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures
Experience working with measurement equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, sensors, or data acquisition systems
Solid documentation skills and comfort working with test reports and basic digital tools
Nice to have experience supporting environmental, vibration, or system integration testing
Who You Are
You like working with your hands and your head. You are detail-oriented but not afraid to move fast when needed. You enjoy structured environments where precision matters, yet you stay flexible when tests do not go as planned. You communicate clearly with engineers and technicians alike, take ownership of your work, and understand that quality testing is critical to building world-class aerospace systems.
