QuantWare BV is seeking an RF Design Engineer in Delft to drive the physical realization of next-gen 3D quantum hardware. You will own microwave component design, PCB layouts, and novel packaging for large-scale QPUs, while embedding design processes into automated workflows.

We value 4+ years of RF engineering experience, strong RF fundamentals, 3D EM simulation, and hands-on PCB/packaging expertise. Hybrid work, strong growth potential, and a collaborative, high-performance team await.
