Production Process Engineer – Lean & Quality Focus

Job Description

Stoneridge seeks a Production Process Engineer to drive manufacturability and cost targets while introducing new products into mass production. You will develop assembly instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation to support scalable operations.

Collaborating with production and quality teams, you will optimize processes, tooling, and equipment, while implementing PFMEAs and Control Plans to ensure quality standards. Lean initiatives will reduce downtime and improve workflows.
