Job Description

Amsterdam, Netherlands Full-time Remote-friendly

Set the architectural direction for our largest data engagements.

Coach senior practitioners and architects across the practice.

Develop joint reference designs across the leading cloud and AI platforms.

Lead pre-sales conversations with prospective client CTOs and CDOs.

What we're looking for

10+ years of data architecture, with at least 3 in a Principal/Lead role.

Demonstrated experience with at least two of Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric.

Deep familiarity with data mesh, lakehouse and modern governance practices.

Strong client-facing communication and technical writing.

How we hire

1. Intro call (30 min)

— Chat with a recruiter.

2. Practitioner conversation

— Talk craft with a senior on the team.

3. Work-sample exercise

— Take-home or paired session. Your choice.

4. Final loop

— Two or three short sessions across team and leadership.

We aim to give a decision within five business days of the final loop.
