IAM Developer (Identity & Access Management Developer)

Location:
Approximately
4 days per week on-site
at the Ministry of Defence location in
Huis ter Heide .
Required Skills
Dutch-speaking and holder of a Dutch passport; willing to undergo a security screening.
Highly experienced and motivated administrator/engineer.
Experience with IAM (Identity & Access Management) tooling.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and developments.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
.NET (API development).
ASP.NET Core.
Angular 2+ (GUI development).
Visual Studio.
Microsoft SQL Server.
MySQL.
Java / BeanShell.
SCIM / REST.
XML.
Agile Scrum methodology.
Experience working in both DevOps and project-based environments.
Good listener, proactive, persistent, and decisive.
SailPoint development experience.
Nice to Have
At least
3 years of demonstrable experience
with development platforms and programming languages including
Java, BeanShell, .NET, Angular, and PowerShell
(including compiling, testing, and implementation) in the field of
Identity and Access Management (IAM) .
At least
3 years of demonstrable knowledge and experience
with IAM concepts, technologies, integrations, and system chains, both in
on-premises
environments and
cloud solutions
(private and public cloud).
Preferably demonstrable work experience within the
Dutch Ministry of Defence ,
central government , or a
large corporate organization
(10,000+ FTE employees).
