Senior PHP Backend Engineer for Enterprise Scale

Job Description

Dyflexis is seeking a Backend Engineer to build the engine behind our platform, designing features that handle enterprise traffic and partnering with Frontend, Product and DevOps to deliver reliable, scalable systems. You’ll own end-to-end delivery and contribute in focused 6-week cycles.

You will mentor engineers, work with cross-functional teams, and help scale our product as we expand across Europe and the US. A strong focus on ownership and clear communication is essential.
