For an innovative technology company in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for an

Electronics Engineer

who enjoys designing and validating complex electronic solutions. You will contribute to state-of-the-art power conversion and control systems used in demanding applications where reliability, precision, and performance are critical.

In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and be involved throughout the entire product development cycle, from concept and design to testing and industrialization.

As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for developing electronic hardware solutions for next-generation technologies. You enjoy turning technical challenges into practical and reliable designs and like to be hands-on during prototyping and validation.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing electronic hardware for advanced products and systems

Selecting, evaluating, and integrating electronic components

Developing and reviewing PCB and PCBA designs

Performing simulations, calculations, and technical analyses

Documenting design decisions and engineering choices

Supporting risk analyses and product quality activities

Collaborating with manufacturing teams during prototype builds

Troubleshooting hardware issues during testing and qualification phases

Creating and executing validation plans and test procedures

Contributing to continuous product and process improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related discipline

Experience or strong affinity with analog, digital, and power electronics

Knowledge of PCB design, signal integrity, interfaces, and hardware development

Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools

Comfortable working with laboratory and measurement equipment

A proactive mindset and strong ownership over your work

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
