The company is building a next-generation platform to help

1 million employees prevent burnout

by automating wellbeing workflows at scale. Based in Amsterdam, they’re developing a

completely new version

of the platform from September onwards, including

AI-driven features

like matching users with the right coach.

ownership of the full codebase

Product-thinking mindset - experience working in

user-facing environments

Based near

Amsterdam

- able to come into the office

Startup or scale-up background

Previous exposure to AI-based features or projects

Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers
