The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive our European growth. While we maintain our central hub in The Hague, this position is open to remote work/home office anywhere in Europe for the right candidate. You will be the face of Levital BV, bridging our technical expertise with the needs of the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Actively hunt for new business opportunities and "door-opening" within the food ingredient and nutraceutical sectors.
• Strategic Account Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and long-term partnership maintenance.
• Market Insight: Analyze competitor moves and regional trends to position our amino acid and chelate portfolio effectively.
• Travel: Travel across Europe to meet clients and attend major trade fairs (e.g., Fi Europe, Vitafoods).

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales within the Food Ingredients or Fine Chemicals sector. Specific knowledge of Amino Acids or Minerals is highly preferred.
• Location/Mobility: Based in Europe. Ability to work effectively from a home office while being willing to travel extensively.
• Language: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Multi-lingual skills (German, French, or Spanish) are a major competitive advantage.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit. You enjoy the challenge of building a territory and possess the discipline required for remote work.
