React Software Developer

Position Type: Project based contract

We are looking for…

A React-focused Software Engineer to develop and maintain internal system controls - tools used by operations and customer care teams to view client information and perform operational actions.

About the role

As a Software Engineer, you will work on internal systems that directly support operational teams. The role combines hands‑on frontend development with growing backend responsibility and exposure to infrastructure automation.

You will:

Build and maintain React (TypeScript) applications

Contribute to Golang services and APIs

Collaborate on AWS infrastructure using CDK

Improve usability and internal workflows

Work closely with product and operational stakeholders

Who are you?

Experience

3-5 years of hands‑on React development

Strong understanding of modern frontend tooling and practices

Experience with TypeScript

Willingness and motivation to learn or deepen backend skills in Golang

Experience with backend technologies is a plus

AWS experience is a plus

Profile

Strong visual design sensibility and attention to UX

Structured and pragmatic in approach

Comfortable working across the stack without being purely backend-oriented

Proactive and eager to take ownership of improvements
