Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Azure DevOps Engineer

with strong hands-on expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/ARM), CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices. Dutch fluency is mandatory due to stakeholder interaction and documentation requirements.

You will design, deploy, and operate Azure environments using modular IaC patterns, build end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, integrate security and compliance gates, and ensure production workloads meet reliability, scalability, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate

Azure cloud infrastructure

using

Bicep (ARM-based IaC)

with modular, reusable patterns.

Build and manage

Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines

for infrastructure and application deployments.

Implement full

Infrastructure-as-Code lifecycle management , including validation, testing, and controlled releases.

Drive

DevOps and DevSecOps best practices : automation, version control, environment standardization.

Ensure Azure solutions meet

security, reliability, and scalability

requirements.

Integrate

security, compliance, and quality gates

into CI/CD pipelines.

Implement monitoring, logging, and operational best practices for production workloads.

Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to improve platform maturity.

Troubleshoot build, release, deployment, and infrastructure issues.

Required Skills & Experience

Fluent Dutch

(speaking, reading, writing).

4–6 years of experience in Azure engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles.

Strong hands-on experience with

Bicep ,

ARM , and IaC patterns.

Proven experience building

Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines .

Solid understanding of

DevSecOps , automation, and environment standardization.

Experience integrating

security and compliance

into CI/CD workflows.

Strong troubleshooting skills across build, release, deployment, and cloud infrastructure.

Experience with monitoring, logging, and operational excellence for Azure workloads.
